Starting at $125/month, depending on the size and functionality of your website.
Included in the VIP Care Plan:
- Priority Support*
- Regular updates to WordPress, plugins and other software as needed
- Ongoing site optimization for speed and search engines (SEO)
- Security monitoring and Spam Detection
- Uptime Monitoring – if your website goes down, we will be alerted within 5 minutes
- Backup management
- Traffic reports and analysis upon request
- 1 hour of web work per month (no accrual).
* Moss Web Works is available between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, for general web work. If a Care Plan client has an emergency with their website, like the site is not serving or ecommerce is not processing, Moss Web Works will make every effort to assist. However, the VIP Care Program does not guarantee 24/7 emergency support.
Non-emergency web work will go into our regular workflow, and will have an average 1-3 day turnaround. For web work that exceeds the 1 hour a month, the client will be billed at our hourly rate, in quarter-hour increments.
